Kieran was inspired one day to repair his family's aging piano, beginning a journey that would lead him to apprentice under the President of the local Piano Technicians Guild. Kieran joined us as a tuner in 2022 and has continued his skill development under our own Technical Service Manager, Scott Schroeter.
With over 40 years experience, Steve has seen just about every issue a piano can have. He has been performing technical work for Artist Pianos since 1998, but he started his private practice in 1980. Steve is a graduate of the American School of Piano Tuning and a longtime Associate Member of the Piano Technician's Guild. Terrilyn hails from a family of educators in Saratoga Springs, where her mother has taught piano for many years. Terrilyn holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor degree in Music from Russell Sage College and continues to study with top piano pedagogists.
